PEP Tramshed has the worst service

I bought two stylo headphones and one of them were working only one side. I do understand that there might be some factory faults and I know that I can return them within a number of days. I tried returning them at PEP Tramshed, Pretoria and got the worst service of my life. The branch was closed before closing time, no one wanted to hear me, the security guy eventually came and was so rude to me and told me to go to the branch where I bought the headphones. I asked him a simple question, "What if I do not stay at that place where I bought them?" and he said, "that's not my problem".
