PEP Trade route mall. Poor service

I was at PEP to Purchase the Sanitizer that was on special , they had few bottles left. The lady who is the manager told her colleague not to sell them to me as she has put them aside for herself. The lady came back to me with a shame said unfortunately she cant sell them to me as the manager told her not to sell them. I then asked why does she keep them for herself not for the customer even so, why even keep so many bottles for herself. I was very dissapointed with the pathetic service.
