Pep took my phone and money!

On the 11th April I bought an AG Chrome phone from Pep stores in the Parow Centre for R1,000. The phone had a technical fault and couldn't hold on to any signal for more than a couple of seconds, you'd be lucky if you could call out and if you did miraculously connect on the other side it would cut almost immediately. I returned the phone to the store but they had no more in stock to do an exchange so they said they'd send it back to AG for repairs. They took it on the 20th April and they said they will call me back when it has returned and said it would take no more than 2 weeks. I returned to the store 3 weeks later as the time had paced and I had received no response and they said I still have to wait, I've returned a few times since and still nothing. It's now 3 months down the line and they still haven't contacted me. Pep has my money AND my phone.<br> Regards <br> Ntuthu Nomkuca
