PEP Theft and Cover up I wonder?

My Wife and I went to PEP store and while shopping we left a smart Phone inside the shop. Ten minutes later we went back and it was missing.

6 Weeks later, The security footage given to us, was edited and clearly shows video time skipping some activities and this raised a suspicious to say maybe an employee was involved in the theft. We requested an unedited version and this request was decline.

ARE PEP employees ******* or are the security personnel employed by PEP covering up for theft? The area Supervisor told us we could not be assisted and I can quote her to have said that.
