Pep Terrible service

I app**** for a Pep account and accepted my limit and was granted it by accident on the WhatsApp app with Pep I pressed the wrong button and my credit limit was decreased but this was after I used the complete limit. After trying numerous times no one wants to assist me and fix my limit. I went into the store to pay my account only to find out I have no credit and will be losing out on funds with each installment because of this credit adjustment mistake. I can't understand how the system allowed this decrease knowing that my account was not paid in full so now no one wants to help me and the chat agents at Pep are so rude. I can't believe there is nothing they can do to amend this.
