PEP (Tenacity inc ) incompetency

I recently opened my account with PEP, in October my first installment was due and I made a payment via Ozow, up until today Tenacity INC has not yet allocated my payment. It was already confirmed via Ozow and my personal bank that payment has been made to Tenacity (PEP) I have all the POPs to prove it and I have sent it to pep via 3 different email addresses and still no feedback/ call nothing! What ****es me off the most is that now I have my credit score showing that I missed a payment, when I did not. I also receive SMSs from Pep that I must make double payment end November Very disappointed and if I knew this would happen I never would have gotten an account with pep :-(
