Pep systems always offline money transfer withdrawal

My mom transferred money to me from Orange Farm Eyethu mall at pep store, I went several times to get the money from pep store in Evaton even in Vereeniging, they keep on saying system is offline I need money urgently for my son school transport. I decided to try withdrawing it at Absa bank because the once used to transfer money at pep store and withdrawal it at Absa. So I thought I will get it, but it was blocked. Now I requested my mom to go and withdrawal the money from where she initially put it which is ayethu mall Orange farm but now they take they refuse to give her the money due to system not working. We requested another voucher pin so we can withdraw the system offline. I will be visiting different pepstore hoping to be assist today.
