PEP Sunypark - Horrible cashier

So I was at pep in sunnypark, My sister wanted to send a few items via pep paxi but the line was long, so I waited in line for her while she did a few at other shops. When I finally got closer I called and she came back, the name of the woman who was helping us was Kele. So kele and my sister spoke and kele told my sister that we would have to wait because they first must process the paxi items which were there already which was a lot by the way. So we decided that we’ll wait, my sister left me there to go to checkers to do some shopping. 25-30mins later Kele asks me to call my sister because they experiencing a machine problem so they might not be able to help. So I did that and my sister said she’s coming. Then I then ask Kele that why didn’t she inform us that something like this could happen, then we wouldn’t have waited so long, she then began to have an attitude towards me even thou I was asking my questions in a polite manner, than raised her voice asking me if I’m “dumb” , which just didn’t set well with with me as a customer. When I asked for the manager they made it seem as if I’m just crazy or not worth their time. I am not pleased with the service from pep in sunnypark today she was just horrible.
