Pep sunnypark is ******** customers

On the 2nd of february i went to send money at pep sunnypark around 11.48. However to my suprice when the receiver went to withdraw the money it shows tht the money was already redeemed. I then called pep customer service they told me that the money was withdrawn at absa sunnypark. I should go back and report it to the store manager. Which i went yesterday. The manager told me that such things are happening at pep. Which i was hearing it for the first time. I then went back and call the customer service asnd told them the feedback from the store mansger. The consultant who assisted me told me that the manager is lying she is trying to protect the tellers as it is sn inside job. I want pep sunnypark to to investigated i want my hard worked money back
