PEP succeeded in creating the worst Delivery service

The worst delivery service in South-Africa. Not sure how a delivery service, rerouted a package to it's destination of choice and then rerouted it again to correct destination. Received package on 9th December, Should have been in time for Christmas, because we knew they were bad and gave them the normal 16days. Now the estimated time for delivery is 9th January. They exceeded and going to take a month to deliver a package.

I'm not even sure how you take that long, I received packages from overseas faster. But PAXI takes longer to deliver locally.
