PEP STYLO V61 PHONES, FAULTY HARD- AND SOFTWARE

Purchased a Stylo V61 cellphone from Boardwalk Richards Bay, faulty speakers on phone.. took it back and got another one on 01 March 2018, this one even worse with numerous hardware and software faults. Took it back today, 08/03/2018, within the 7 day guarantee period. The manager told me the 7 days had expired, no refunds. Told her 7 days is up today as one must count a one day period from 01 to 02 March. No, she said, their system works different and includes the 01 March as a full day. So they should in fact put on their slips a SIX day guarantee! Tried to contact an Area Manager, phoned Cape Town Head Office and Durban Regional Office, at great expense, with no luck as ALL the Managers are on a three day convention and will only be back on 12 March 2018. There goes my 7 day guarantee. A word of warning! DO NOT BUY STYLO V61 PHONES, they have severe faults as I bought two and both were faulty.
