PEP Stores/****s

I recently went to PEP at Whiteriver Square in white river. The lady whom handled the FoneYam assisted me. I was preapproved for R3500 according to my sms application.

I was told by the PEP employee that the phone i wanted, the Motorola G13 for R2500, was not the phone i was approved for. Totally contradicting the message i got. On top of that i had to chosse another phone as the Motorola was not in stock. And according to the lady, not part of the promotion. Though on the catalogue to choose from.

Uneducated PEP employees. Don't bother going to PEP or wasting time on the FoneYam promotion. It's just a sales **** to rub of entry level **** phones to the public.
