PEP stores - worst quality goods

On Saturday 10th Feb I went to PEP store at Ridgeway, JHB south & purchased a few goods. I very do often purchase from PEP & didn't have a problem before. I purchased a towel for R99.99. A maroon in colour bath sheet. Worst mistake ever. The same day I washed the towel so we could use it. There was so much of dust but I thought it will go away once washed but it did not. The colour ran terribly. Such terrible quality. The dust/fibres continues to fall & is making a terrible mess Really, really bad quality. A dedicated customer now turned into an unhappy customer.
