PEP STORES WESTGATE MALL PHONE ******* !

My partner and I are both horribly dissapointed in PEP, Westgate Mall, Mithchells Plain. On 17/06 he bought a Mobicell Epic Pro phone cash for R1,200. He was told if there are any issues with the phone he needs to return it in 7 days. He encountered countless issues with the phone, no signal, sim card did not work properly and also when you get calls on the phone there is no icon anywhere to answer the phone call. As he was working he could only return the phone on day 8. They then told him he was one day late and that the phone will now need to be sent away to check what needs to be repaired. He waited just over 5 week and was told that he will receive a brand new phone as the one he bought had a factory fault. He returned there 25.07 to collect his new phone and was handed a phone with scratches on the screen protector and NO BATTERY !!. Like what the Hell ! He was then told that they will find him a battery and sim card and he must return to the store again today 26/07. This is total hogwash ! R1200 and going on for 6 weeks later, lots of money spent on Taxi fare and still no phone. Can someone please help with this. Regards, Lynette
