PEP STORES WATERFRONT MALL JHB

I bought a few items from PEP stores in Waterfront branch. Amongst the items I bought the shoes did not fit my Child who is Toddler. When we returned the shoes after 3 days the Staffmember at counters refused to accept them sighting the fact that the shoes had been worn. The attitude they gave to us was really bad, even the so called manager who is pregnant was even shouting at us. I will never buy from that Pep stores again. I need someone to assist as I am in a possession of shoes that do not even fit my Baby
