Went to pep VR mall yesturday to buy a phone. No one told us it is network locked. They did not even put all the booklets in box. When we got home the phone would not take my network sim. We tried phoning them with no answer. We then got another taxify to go back to pep. What a disgrace!!! That staff was so rude!! When asking them why they did not tell us that network is locked on phone we were told 'we just told he what phone we want and she gave it to us. It is not her duty to tell us that sim is locked. When asking her why they not picking up the phone I was told they did pick up but I didnt talk. Well that was after 3 attempts of calling them without answer. They are rude, no customer savvy and their attitudes suck big time. Now I'm sitting with a phone that I cannot use. Pep VR mall needs new staff that knows how to treat their customers. This is totally unacceptible!!
