Pep Stores Vangate Mall poor customer services. I just waisted R70 to post an envelope to Pretoria. Only after I paid R70 they told me that the courier don't deliver to the address and that whoever is in Pretoria must collect the envelope at the nearest Pep stores.

Why did the cashier told me before hand how the service work?
