Pep Stores *****s my money

Totally disgusted with Pep stores. I bought a gift voucher on Friday 14 December and instead of getting a gift card, Pep give a piece of paper as a voucher. Unfortunately as it was just a piece of paper, I cannot find it. Went back to Pep Goodwood on Saturday asking if they can cancel that voucher and issue a new one. No they would not, so in fact Pep has ****** R250.00 from me, when its time for your audit, you will be R250.00 over, whose the lucky person that gets my money? And they do not even have the decency to respond!
