Pep stores service in HORRIFIC!!!

I have been going to the Springs & Tsakane mall Pep stores for the past year to try pay my Avon, Justine, Home choice & DSTV acc but every single month between the 25th to the 7th of the month they are always offline. The Springs area is the worst 'cos they even sometimes go upto as late as the 15th of the month with me as a customer every month having to pay late penalty fees for their incompetence.
