PEP STORES RETREAT - LESLEY UNPROFESIONAL

Last week I purchased a Vodacom starter pack and a pair of reading glasses. The lady who was kind who assisted me that day. Paid for the Starter Pack and reading glassess and left. When I wanted to use the reading glasses the lady Lesley was so abrupt and said loud in front they don't do payouts. Informed her don't want a payout. Tried showing the broke of on the glasses but she then said I must go get the slip. How ridiculous. Who keeps their slips if they purchase at PEP Stores starter pack R3, reading glasses R39.99. Theses glasses must been tried by other and probably when I used for the first time the arm came off. She loud and unprofessional.
