PEP STORES RAWOOTS CENTRE, RYLANDS, ATHLONE - DISGISTING SERVICE AND COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISRESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

The service in the store is shockingly disgusting. Staff completely ignore patrons in the shop.... 1 cashier working at the till with a queue of over 20 people waiting. Supervisor on duty (Sizwe, Sive, Siviwe, cant recall the name I saw on the badge) completely ignored all the customers requests to get more cashiers at the till. taking a walk around the store looking for staff proved futile... like what is the point... your staff are rude and have not sense of customer service and etiquette on how to deal with customers... a quick in and out into the store for 1 item that cost R25 ended up being an almost 30 minute wait in the queue and a riot breaking out because customers were not about to be subjected to the disrespect being handed down by staff. we were told that there is no manager or supervisor on duty at first, but the supervisor was sitting in the office and did nothing to assist customers with their complaints.
