Pep stores poor service

On the 22/12/22 my friend bought a cellphone from Pep Somerset west 0329. When the sales person came with the cellphone it was already opened and in his/her hand. The sales person did all the necessary required before handing the cellphone over. The following morning 23/12/22 the cellphone gave problems and he took it back to the store and the Manager is refusing to take the cellphone back or send it away to be checked. The Manager have a really bad attitude and he/she just tell the friend he just have to take cellphone and they will not assist him and that he is waisting his time to report the issue.
