Pep stores paxi couries is a ****a shop service

Pep stores Paxi service is a useless service.3 parcels i have sent with them.2 were delivered at the wrong locations.The 3rd parcel is taking over 10 days to be delivered.I wont recommend this service to anybody.When i called and explained that my parcel is at the wrong destination the operator rep**** with an attitude saying "And?" They are unprofessional and incapable of delivering within 7days.I have spent more money on airtime to call them than what i paid to post these parcels.I have even gone into the Pep store to have the manager call them and still im having this problem.Dont use them!
