PEP Stores PAXI

Pep stores has launched a courier service recently called PAXI. I used their services to send my package from Durban to Soweto, they said it’d get there in 3 day. When I received notification that my package had arrived at their Soweto store I informed the recipients go fetch it. They gave him an empty package, the employee at PEP informed him that their job was to make sure he received it not to the contents inside. I spoke to the lady at the store and she relayed the same information to me. I have sent numerous emails and called Pep but I keep getting sent from pillar to post. Last I spoke to the manager in the call centre he said they were waiting for the person who received the package to come back from leave a week ago. The key I was sending to Soweto was to open a place where I have my stuff stored and move it back home - needless to say because I’m paying my second month of storage and they have kept quiet. I don’t know what to do anymore. I even sent messages to their Facebook and Twitter pages, they simply ignore my texts. I’ve written to Pearl Modiadie who’s their ambassador and she’s said nothing too. I am frustrated
