PEP stores pathetic point of sale and cashiers/manager

Pep Park Meadows knows they have a problem with FNB cards at their point of sale, but cashiers accept cards which are declined on their system but charged to the customers bank account! I now have to pay bank charges and go through the mission of having TWO transactions reversed through my bank when they could have advised me they have a problem with FNB cards BEFORE I swiped my card!

Still waiting for their area manager to contact me while I have paid for goods not received WHICH IS ***** AND THEFT!
