Pep Stores money gone missing

Hi I have a problem with Pep Stores money transfer, my mom sent money at pep for me Wednesday, then I went to the Absa atm to withdraw it and it didn't come out. Today my mom went to pep to ask what's wrong and she was told that someone withdrew the cash. They tried calling the call center to ask where the money was withdrawn, they are not picking up the phone.
