Pep Stores Hemingways Trading Hours Complaint

I am disappointed eitb the customer service that I received at the Hemingways Mall Pep Store. On the 12th of March 2025, I went to Pep Stores at Hemingways Mall. As I was arriving at 17h55, one of the stuff members literally ran to the door to close it on my face. On the Trading Hours List at the door it states that the store closes at 18h00. Upon trying to ask for clarity on trading hours, the stuff member was rude stating that she is doing her job. I did not get her name as she was not wearing a name tag but I would be able to describe her if necessary.
