Pep stores gatesville

I visited the pep store in gatesvill on Sunday 1st December. I had issues with tapping my card at elite store gatesville and this was 15 minutes before the store closed. I ran to pep to see if I could get cash back as this is an issue with my card where it would work at certain stores or not. The one cashier was busy and the other left her till and walked towards the toiletries isle to pretend packing the stuff right. Refusing to help me indirectly. I approached her nicely and asked if I could get cash back and explained to her what happend at the other store so I wanted cash back just to go pay for my groceries. Bare in mind I work late every day during the week so that was my chance to get some specials of black friday. The cashier who was helping a customer had a lotta stuff to scan and I could see that was going to be a long process and wait. I ask the cashier who was not busy can I get a cash back and she looked me in the eye and **** to me. She told me that she is not authorized to do cash backs. Another lady walked in the store I'm not sure of that is the manager and I then approached her and said that I have 15 minutes left. She told me thrs the cashier and that she can give me a cash back, the cashier who **** in my face came and did the cash back. I mean I had an emergency and her customer services was bad. I would not recommend anyone to that specific store again. I did not take her name but I do want to complain about that and I am going to share this horrific experience on social media.
