Pep Stores Festival Mall - Worst service

On the 17th of March I visited a Pep Stores in Festival Mall to deposit money to my little sister, a lady by the name of Zingy said they are off line, I went to Pep cell opposite Pep Stores and surprisingly they were online and I asked how come they are online and the other store is offline, the lady at Pep cell told me that there is no such, those people at Pep Stores just do not want to do the money transfers and I am not the first person to experience that.
