PEP STORES DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

<p>I bought bathsheets from PEP that do not absorb water. I went onto the PEP website and wrote them an email asking if I could swap the towels. I have had no reply. Today I tried to phone the "Customer Care" and they do not answer their phone :(</p>
