pep stores campus square

campus square pep has the most terrible service ever! I went there to enquire bout the courier on the 01 Sep 2020, I bought the plastic for 69 there after and preceeded to the next line to send my parcel. When I got there they told me I can't send it because I don't have my proof of identification , so I left. The following day I went again with my driver's licence this time around, the lady that assisted me only asked for my ID number and also asked if I have it with me but never took it nor scanned it. Why was I made to run around? The staff have no sense of egency and don't even care to axplain. It was my first time using the pep courier services , the lady never told me when I was going to receive reference and even what was going to happen next and when I asked her she didn't even seem interested to explain and was just full of attitude.
