PEP Birchleigh North Mall, Mooifontein Road, Birchleigh North, Kempton Park, does not even deserve the 1 star. They are a bunch of ******!!!!!!!!!! My mother is elderly and she does not get a big pension, but the staff at PEP Birchleigh North Mall ******* my mother into getting a Pep Card. Told her that it would cost her nothing and that it was like a loyalty card where she could earn points when she shopped at Pep. Today they telephoned my mother and told her that she has to pay the R60 for a card that she did not want in the first place. They now demand 3 months bank statement in order for them to cancel the card. What the hell!!!! I will spread on all social media platforms what a bunch of ****** Pep Store Birchleigh North are. Taking advantage of elderly people.
