Pep stores are not maximizing on the potential due to extremely poor service.

Inexplicably poor customer service. Incapable of providing me with a person to communicate with to purchase a large quantity of glasses. THIS IS A LISTED COMPANY ON THE STOCK EXCHANGE!!!! Can you imagine losing sales because of sloppy personnel in a country of such high unemployment?
