Pep Stores Alexandria NO PPE
En route to my job I traveled through the small town of Alexandria in the Eastern Cape on the 26th of March 2020. I went into the Pep Stores in the main road to buy airtime. I was utterly shocked at the lack of COVID19 protection measures in the store and the utter disrespect for the regulations. NO hand sanitizer at the entrance and NONE of the staff were wearing masks, face protections or even a scarf. I questioned one of the personnel and she just ignored me and rolled her eyes of me. The packer in the next isle was mumbling something to herself and laughing at me. This shop is putting the lives of their customers in danger and should not be allowed to be open. I phoned their head office and customer helpline but not answering.
