Pep stores 320 west Street..... Horrible experience

What a terrible service pep stores at 320 west street Durban.... We had a problem with the same store and we did contact head office via there Facebook page.... We had no response then we decided to cancel our dealings we had with store.....as soon as we got there they relised that it was us that did contact the head office.... Started screaming at my wife in Zulu and in full view of manager that is present... Is there really no more customer service that is to be kept up really bad how staff members of pep interact with its customers and rmy wife is in a last stages of her pregnancy..... Really pathetic
