Pep stores

I had purchased a flash airtime voucher for R1800 on 29/05/2022 from pep Phoenix plaza and has misplaced the voucher.. All I asked for was a reprint of the voucher the next day and they were unable to assist. I called flash and they advised that pep needed to provide the serial number of the sale. I visited the store but they were unable to get the serial number. Pep and flash had said there was nothing they could do from their side, so it's a R1800 loss to me. I emailed customer care and till date have not received a response. Surely there should be some way or someobe who can access their system to provide me with the voucher number or serial number.,but no one could assist. Terrible service and unbelievable that they are unable to retrieve important information.
