PEP Store VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICES

I was at pep Sam Ntuli Mall, where a senior individual condoned the disrespectful and ********* manner of approach, where words like "Mlungu omnyama" was used to describe me as they continue working and not assisting me and the query I had. The seniors of the shop don't know customer service and rather practice ill-services at the best level.
