Pep store stole my money

I paid Pep store paxi courier service before the looting period started to courier a parcel to KZN. They could not deliver then they sended the parcel back to where I handed it in. Now they refuse to refund me. I had to pay a other courier service company to deliver the parcel now. Im supporting them for over 2 years already every week. And this is the way they treat me. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
