PEP store Staff not customer friendly

Today Sunday the 08 September 2019 at round 11:59, I bought phone from Pep store and the Shonisani was serving me. she was not talking to me as customer, very rude and moody. I arrived at till having the sim card and other things that bought and she just crabbed my things and I aske her are you good she said yes, the I told her I want a phone, she brought the phone open it without showing me and close it and give it to me without explaining and rule and regulations/warranty about the phone, when ask her why you not talking to me you just open the phone not saying anything. she told me that am irritation her and she got her own issues.
