Pep store , sim card bought not Rica even after provided all documents .

Bought a cell c sim card for R3.99 at Pep Stores Harding store number 6577 . Cashier was Nothemba at 13.51 on the 31 May 2018. Provided my proof od adress and id document for Rica . Called Cell C and they told me sim card is not rica . PEP stores please Rica my sim card like you were supposed to do at point of sale . PLease refund me for unessasary calls to 084 135 and 084140 to rectify this .What a simple process to mess up . Also requested cashier to port to old Vodacom number . Please respond with your ideas on how you will rectify this . I will not waste my time an petrol to revisit when the Rica was supposed to have been done at POS.
