PEP STORE SELLS DAMAGED TABLETS!

I’m so annoyed with PEP store in wheel South beach Durban.So I bought a tablets for my kids on 14th June and yesterday my kids arrived and I open tablet for them and one Tablet(STYLO SIRIUS TAB8) is switching on and off ,another one camera is not working.I went to shop today n ask cashier what can I do with this tablet since its not working and battery charge itself ,she said i need to give in the phone for repair!How can Pep store sells damaged phones and just because you kept them for 10days n used it for 30minutes and now I must wait for 2months so they can repair! Why Pep is doing this to customers.I’m so angry I want a new tablet or refund! I can’t spend R2k for damage phone and now I must wait for repair never!PEP STORE(South beach) and STYLO .I need answers!Stop selling damaged phones.
