Pep store rude staff

I went to a pep store today at mall@moutsiya to buy ssf braid spray the pricing on floor was 31.99 but the system had a different price the shop assistant and the assistant manager were very rude they just took the spray and void it once I tell them I saw it for 31.99 and this is not the first time something like this happen I don't know if they are this rude simple because they know they are mostly helping black people.....mahlodi who is in charge of the the isle says she doesn't work alone and the assistant manager whom they say she's incharge by the name of blondy was even willing explain anything....I'm actually not happy with their services at all
