Pep store Reservoir hills, suck

The staff and service at Pep store Reservoir hills are pathetic, no etiquette in customer service. They are rude, screaming, talking to their colleagues, other people walking pass, when they are supposed to be assisting you at the till. Had that very same experience yesterday, while trying to send a parcel via Paxi. One person in particular, his name is Lungelo, I think. Has long dreads. He is arrogant, rude and walks around like he owns the damn place. What happened to customer service or at least common decency to the customer??
