Pep store refusing to refund

I bought cell c data from pep store in Mahikeng on Sunday the 15th of September and I tried to upload it, the message said data doesn't exist. I have been trying to get help or a refund since Monday at the store and was told that help desk and head office can't help. Even now I haven't received any communication regarding my refund.
