PEP STORE- Pretoria CBD (Cnr Lilian Ngoyi and Madiba) MUST FALL - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

The PEP store in Pretoria CBD (Cnr Lilian Ngoyi and Madiba) must honestly shut down, in my opinion. A store would rather not exist than provide such bad service. The queue is never not long, and the boring thing is that only two tills will be open out of the man that they have - the service with that is very bad. Several times, I have seen customers complain to the manager but she is very rude.

I've never spent any less than 25 min in queue
