I was at PEP PINETOWN SIMUNYE

I've never experienced such terrible service in my life, long ques with few cashier's and terrible attitude from manager and staff.

I was on a que for too long, with only one very slow cashier, i decided to ask for a manager, (her name is PRETTY didn't get her surname) . I just wanted to ask her to have more cashier's when ques are long, she didn't even let me finish. She responded very rude asking me what must she do, her cashier's are on lunch and she just left, no respect , no apology.

And the cashier who was assisting me APHIWE NGALUVU, her response on me asking her about chewing a gum in front of customers was, I quote, " Should my breath stink?" and "She have tonsils that's why she is chewing"

What made me more angry was both Pretty and Aphiwe told me I can go report them they don't care.

I'm extremely angry
