Pep Store PAXI Courier Service IS A FLOP

Please DO NOT use Pep Stores PAXI Courier service. I unfortunately used them 2x and in both cases parcels arrived 1 week late! Even if I paid premium price for 3-5 day delivery. Management don't CARE, they couldn't care less and don't know how to correct. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever got.. Management Alana, Dean, Pumeza, Ntolo , Amanda...useless and rude.
