Pep store palm Ridge poor service

I bought a phone at pep store around July 2022 a galaxy Ao3 core and it was giving me problems about touching exually it was freezing. So I decided to take it back to the store around September 2022 to pep store in palm Ridge shopping center ohk they told me it's going to take 3 to 4 weeks after 4weekes I went back they told me that the phone is not back yet from the repairs, I have to wait for onother 3 weeks I waited and now it's 18 February 2023 still my phone is not back I don't receive any communication I just waste my money going to check and they keep on telling me that the phone it's not back that's poor service I get from pep that's bull **** serious. And the phone code it's *** even the slip that they gave me its shaded already mxm its because it's been a ****en long time n***x
