Pep store nelspruit illanga

I am not happy with this low class store. My mom which is in pension could change her shoes because had no slip. I bought them for her bday and refused to change them for a bigger size. Also customer service is atrocious. Everytime I go there the service is slow. No one at their pay points. And rude. I would understand if I wanted my money back or the shoes were durty. Unnecessary.
