Pep store must fall

I bought a phone yesterday 23/08/2024 and today 24/08/2024 the phone can’t download some apps and the volume when you receive call it normal sound and change to low sound. I went back to query and get a refund they say no,the manager Wendy say she tasted the phone it fine I’m not sure since when she a IT specialist and WhatsApp the Area Manager about this and the answer was no they can’t refund they not even sending the phone to be checked but yet they took the decision that the phone is fine after spending more than 3 hours at the shop. I would not advise someone to buy at PEP STORE as they don’t value customers
